Job Description:
This role, part of the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, will be responsible for the Network Monitoring function supporting Care Delivery Organizations (CDOs).
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the NOC team and the Software Engineering team to design mock-ups.
- Review and understand the big picture, engage with customers and the NOC team, and recommend key focus areas to transform the automation framework.
- Define the data strategy for use in LLM (AI/ML) for chatbot capabilities.
- Demonstrate familiarity with CI/CD principles and Kafka streaming solutions to design real-time NOC-focused CDO dashboards.
- Build reusable reference architectures for enterprise-scale CDO dashboards.
Skills Must Have:
- 10+ Years of experience in Technology
- Data Strategy and Automation Framework
- Background in AI/ML
- 5+ Years of experience in design first approach with reference architectures
- 5+ years experience in Automation suite of products including Git, CI/CD Pipelines and Kafka
- 5+ years of experience in Snowflake, Apache Airflow and ETL tools (cumulative across these products)
Nice to have:
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
